Feedback is very important to us as a seller.  Please leave us detailed feedback based on your experience with us, and only pertaining to what we control.  If your post office loses your package or does not deliver it on time please be aware that is not our fault and should not reflect poorly on us.  If you have any problems at all with us, our parts, service, communication PLEASE contact us to resolve the issue before leaving poor feedback.  Most of the time people are not even aware there is a problem unless you tell them.  We strive to earn your business and would ask that you please take the time to fill out the DSR Star Rating system for feedback.  Insurance for items is recommended but not required.  It adds a lot of additional cost to purchases and in order to keep shipping costs down we only add insurance if requested by the purchaser.  As it is shipping entails packaging supplies and a person to physically pack and mail the parts.  We professionally package all of our items and do not ship you trash and call it packaging therefor there is a cost involved which we try to recoup in part.  Thank you for purchasing with us and we look forward to your continued patronage..
