Damage and Return Policy Damage Policy - If you receive a product that is damaged in shipment please contact us immediately. We can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to resolve the damage. Any and all damage must be documented with photos of the damage (this is required to file a claim with the shipping company) and emailed to us within 3 days of delivery. We accept AUTHORIZED returns on UNUSED products for 30 days after you receive your product. Unused means that the product has not be assembled or used in any way. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for returning the product in new, resalable condition. Returns must arrive unused in original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, a 50% restocking fee will be charged. The customer is responsible for paying all costs for return shipping and insurance. Items that have been installed or used will not be accepted for return/refund. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item to process your refund. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded for returned items.unauthorized returns- Items returned without authorization or items on which the customer refuses delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Bentley brings even faster Continental V8 S to Detroit
Mon, 13 Jan 2014Bentley first showed the Continental V8 S at the Frankfurt Motor Show a few months ago, but the slightly more powerful V8 Continental makes its North American debut in Detroit. More horsepower is always welcome, and the handsome new grand tourer delivers precisely 21 more. While Bentley has been concentrating on W12-powered Speed models -- even suggesting that it might be an entertaining drive on a racetrack -- the V8 range has been bolstered by its own modest performance enhancements: 21 more horsepower and 15 more lb-ft of torque bring the 4.0-liter engine's figures up to 521 and 502, respectively.
Toyota recalls Highlander and Lexus hybrids, IS and GS sedans
Wed, 04 Sep 2013Toyota announced two recalls on Wednesday that include 369,000 vehicles worldwide, 235,000 of which are in the United States. The hybrids have a problem with a transistor, while the 3.5-liter V6 is having problems with its variable valve timing control device. The first recall includes Highlander Hybrid models from 2006-2010 and the Lexus RX 400h from 2006-2008.
Opel and Auto Design and Styling magazine launch new sketch contest
Wed, 08 May 2013Opel and Auto Design and Styling magazine have joined forces to launch the ‘Adam Seeks Eve' sketch competition. The competition, which is open to amateur and professional designers of all ages, asks participants to "sketch the ideal car partner for the Opel Adam." Designs can be a personalized Adam, a model inspired by it, or its next iteration. The winner will be awarded a free ticket to the AutoDesign Prague Automotive Design Conference and the AutoDesign Prague Workshop as well as being lent an Adam for a week.
