The Tesla Model X is the next installment in Tesla’s plan to change the car industry in to a Silicon Valley fantasy and, just as scheduled, Elon Musk unveiled the Tesla Model X at Tesla’s design studio in California last night.

BMW has announced the Competition Package for the M3 We’ve had something of a run of updates and tweaks for the BMW 3 series this year. We’ve had changes for 2010 to the 3 Series Coupe and Convertible and last month we reported that there was going to be a BMW M3 Competition Package on offer very soon. VW CrossBlue concept (2013) first official pictures

This is Volkswagen's next SUV, just revealed at the 2013 Detroit motor show. Called the CrossBlue, it's a 'mid-sized' six-seat SUV aimed specifically at the American market. Yet judging by these images, and to these European eyes, there doesn’t seem to be much ‘mid-sized’ about it – it's a mammoth five metres long, coming in at 200mm longer than a VW Touareg.
