These E&J (
Edmunds & Jones Corporation) Type 20 'torpedo lights' are in original conditon.    These are totally ORIGINAL, with no scars, no dents, no damage.  They are covered with the original FACTORY black paint, and the paint has protected the underlying finish.  You can repaint them both black or strip the paint off and polish them to perfection.   Some luxury cars from the 1930's ran them painted, and some were ran them polished.  A great look either way.  This is the last pair of E&J headlights I have for sale.

E&J headlights are  actually PROJECTION headlights, and the lens is actually a MAGNIFYING LENS.
The lens opening measures 3-3/4" wide.  They are 12" long.  Overall case diameter, is 7-3/4" .

The mounting bracket is steel.
It is bolted on with another bracket inside making it quite sturdy. Drainage holes keep any water condensation from puddling inside.
The forward reflector is held to the front plated bezel with 3 screws.  There is a gasket between the lens and housing.  Then another gasket between the housing and reflector.   The bezel is bolted onto the lower half housing.
On E&J lights, the bulb moves up & down, side-to-side to align the light beam. In other words, the housing is fixed and the bulb moves, unlike the typical headlight.  By loosening the two screws, the bulb socket is free to move around.  Easy to aim.  Easy to install, and absolutely unique and stunning.

In the Roaring '20s, the numerous "boutique" makers needed to stand out from the pack. So car models like the early 20's Jordan Playboy, the 1923 Kissel Gold Bug Speedster, or the 1926 Graham-Paige, had the futuristic E&J headlights from the factory.  The E & J's were a custom built item. A few car makers actually made these lights factory stock on cars. The lights were high-priced/quality items, and that quality transferred into coach-built cars for the Elite.  These headlights would look great on a 1932 Ford Model B, Model A, Hot Rod, Rat Rod, custom, retro rod, 1933, 1934, pickup truck, roadster, coupe, tudor, coach, or any vehicle from 1913-1934.

I have been collecting antique car parts for 35 years, and I am selling off most of my collection.  Take a look at my other listings.  There will be several more very rare items being made available in the coming weeks.  Many are N.O.S.  These will be especially interesting to anybody finishing off a hot rod, antique, classic, or rat rod.  (COMPLETE set of ARDUN heads, prototype flathead intakes, several sets of heads for flathead Ford, axles, NOS Cadillac 'sombrero' wheel discs, NOS Buick wheel discs, Ford wheel discs from the 50's, etc.)

I can ship anywhere in the world.  I will ensure safe, secure delivery, and insure them for whatever amount you want.
The cost of shipping shown by eBay is seldom correct, but when you decide to buy, I can determine the exact cost of shipping.  Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.   I can ship within the U.S.A. or within Canada, so you'd pay no taxes or brokerage fees to these countries.  For other countries, the buyer will be responsible for whatever tax their government demands.

Read my feedback.  I have 100% feedback as buyer and as seller, and I've sold to countries around the world.  Buy with confidence.

These would work great on a Model T, Model A, Model B 1932 Ford coupe, ute, tudor, coach, or roadster, SCTA, 1933 or 1934 Ford, hot rod, rat rod, or any other vehicle from the teens, 1920's or 1930's.

2012 Honda Civic faces limited recall for possible fuel leak

Fri, 20 May 2011

Honda is recalling 1,156 copies of the redesigned 2012 Civic because of a potential fuel leak. A mechanical seal in the fuel line on some vehicles was misplaced during assembly, leaving a gap where two segments of pipe attach and allowing for the potential of leakage. No injuries or fires have been reported in relation to the glitch, and most of the affected vehicles are still in inventory and will be fixed before going up for sale.
