If The Board You Were Sent You Was Hooked Up To A Power-Source And Did Not Work? Most Likely It Was Shorted By Another Component (Bad Transformer) Or You Simply Have Other Issues With The Golf Car Charging Systems Such As: Bad Diodes, Capacitor, Fuse, Dc Plug Or Car-side  Receptacle Just To Mention. Or You Have Bad Or Weak Batteries.
