If The Board You Were Sent You Was Hooked Up To A Power-Source And Did Not Work? Most Likely It Was Shorted By Another Component (Bad Transformer) Or You Simply Have Other Issues With The Golf Car Charging Systems Such As: Bad Diodes, Capacitor, Fuse, Dc Plug Or Car-side  Receptacle Just To Mention. Or You Have Bad Or Weak Batteries. My Solution To Satisfy You And Is Very Fair To My Company As Well,  Is For You To Purchase Another Board Just So We Can Rule Out What Your Saying Is True And That It Is Not A Bad Powerwise Control Board.  As Stated On Our Ebay Listing This Was A Final Sale Item With No Return Because It Is And Electrical Item That You Hooked Up to A Power Source.  This Is The Standard For All Such Items...
