F1: Back in the U.S.A. 2012
Wed, 26 May 2010The F1 Grand Prix Circus returns to the USA in 2012 The Americans have never really fallen in love with Formula One in the way the rest of the world – and particularly the Europeans – have. Which you would think would be a good enough reason not to worry too much about the lack of a US Grand Prix on the calendar since the last one in Indianapolis in 2007.
2013 Toyota Auris revealed ahead of Paris Motor Show debut
Mon, 20 Aug 2012The new Toyota Auris – based on the old Auris but with a new look – has been revealed ahead of a Paris Motor Show debut. Even though there were rumours that the replacement for the Toyota Auris would arrive with the 2013 Toyota Corolla badge, Toyota has decided to stick with the Auris badge for the 2013 car, revealed today ahead of Paris 2012 (although we did have a leak of the 2013 Auris a few months ago). With competition from the VW Golf and Ford Focus – and a new-found desire to deliver cars that are more interesting to look at and drive – Toyota needs to be on the mark with the new Auris, and certainly in terms of how it looks the new Auris is a lot more interesting than the bland current model.
Honda set to debut S660 roadster concept at Tokyo motor show
Wed, 23 Oct 2013Honda will take the wraps off the S660 roadster concept at the upcoming Tokyo motor show at the end of November of this year. Honda fans have admittedly been shortchanged when it comes to the roadster bodystyle from the Japanese automaker, with the S2000 having left production back in 2009. Honda could remedy this gap in its lineup with a production version of the S660 roadster.
