EAGLE ULTRA-NAV fish finder w/complete LEI HS-WST transducer

This fish finder is incomplete and sold as-is. It does not have the power cord so I can't test it. It is also missing the Loran module. It does, however, include a complete LEI HS-WST transducer, with two-pin grey connector and two mounting brackets. One bracket is cracked and the other has some silicone caulking remnants on it. The transducer is also untested and sold as-is. Both the transducer and head are in very good cosmetic condition. Some paperwork is included, but the instructions for the fish finder are missing. It comes in the original box. Just the transducer is worth the price; maybe you'll get lucky and get a good working fish finder head along with.

Thanks for looking, and have fun bidding!

Notes on shipping:

I urge you to click on the "Shipping and Payments" tab above to view your shipping options. The default option is not always the cheapest. You also have the option of choosing your shipping method when paying for the item, and again I urge you to take a look at your options; you could save a few bucks.

On average, I LOSE MONEY ON SHIPPING. I feel the need to express this because I am getting many comments like "Come on, you gotta be able to ship it cheaper than that!" No, I can't, unless there are unusual circumstances. The fact that ebay/paypal takes 16% of what you pay me for shipping does not help that equation.

I prefer to ship USPS. I can ship UPS, but it is not my preference, so if you want that service please request it and I will send an invoice showing the correct shipping amount. I can't ship FedEx. I live in a rural area that Fed Ex does not service. For international shipments, I will only use USPS. The hoops UPS makes me jump through as an international shipper are just too complicated and time consuming.

I use almost exclusively recycled packaging to keep your shipping/handling costs down. I pack thoroughly, and I don't have many damaged shipments. It does happen occasionally, though, and in those cases I will make it right.

If you (the buyer) want insurance or alternate shipping, we can work it out prior to payment. I will ship within 3 business days after receiving payment. International credit card payments are subject to PayPal regulations.

I am conscientious about shipping to my buyers in the most efficient and inexpensive way, and often give a partial refund on shipping cost if it turns out to be significantly less than what was quoted.

BMW GINA concept

Tue, 10 Jun 2008

BMW Group Design has just revealed a revolutionary new concept car which utilizes a flexible textile cover to form its outer skin. Called the ‘GINA' Light Visionary Model - an acronym derived from the principle of Geometry and Functions In "N" (Infinite) Adaptions - the concept offers dramatically different solutions that affect the design and functionality of future cars. The almost seamless flexible textile cover that stretches across a moveable substructure has dispensed with the usual body elements found on production vehicles such as front apron, bonnet, side panels, doors, wheelarches, roof, trunk lid and rear deck.

Honda Gear Concept

Mon, 21 Jan 2013

Rather than fighting for headlines at NAIAS, Honda debuted its new GEAR Concept at the Montreal International Auto Show. The subcompact GEAR is apparently inspired by fixed-gear bicycles (although quite how is unclear), described as a customizable vehicle that demonstrates the carmaker's way of providing vehicles for young, urban, Gen-Y lifestyles. "Subcompact cars are usually either utilitarian, but uninspiring or they're fun, zippy cars that are impractical and too expensive for the Gen-Y buyer," said Dave Marek, Design Director at Honda R&D Americas, Inc.

Trains cancelled over broken-down taxi

Fri, 14 Mar 2014

TRAINS were cancelled after a taxi carrying the ticket conductors broke down on the way to the station - and health and safety policy bans them walking. London Midland yesterday told passengers it was cancelling two of its services from Birmingham New Street station in the city centre after the breakdown happened during what is usually a short journey by foot from nearby Snow Hill station. However, the rail operator has said its own safety policy bars the uniformed conductors from getting to the station on foot because they are carrying their ticket machines and cash from the days' takings.
