Here you go, a pair of early (ink stamped on the paper backing is 74....1974, and the shipping label is 1980. These sat in the Chrysler warehouse for6 years before being sold to a dealership. These are 2 from the original run of sill plates when the cars were in production! ...remember, in 1974 they were still building Cuda's and Challengers !!! Doing an "OE" car or keeping the survivor correct, this is the pair you need. Not like the later high shine ones of the later released, or looking poorly stamped ones you find today. The paper is very brittle and falls apart at the slightest touch, but the plastic is not the later plastic that seemed to break up and stick to the surface of the plates. The Concept S-Class Coupe – which looks pretty much production-ready – comes complete with a new look, a look that reflects Mercedes’ recent design changes with a clear feel of a grown-up CLA in its lines. The long bonnet, raised line running from the front wings to the back wheelarch, no B-pillar, and a nose that takes the good-looking front of the CLA as its cue – but takes it a step further – makes the S-Class Coupe look like a proper Mercedes in its own right and not just a two-door version of the S-Class.
