Last week we cleaned out a rural central Illinois estate. One of the interesting things that we brought home is an early 1970's plexiglass small engine Honda Windshield. Along with the windshield, we have a luggage rack. The windshield has some scratches and mars in the surface. There are no chips or cracks. The windshield is about 27 1/4" tall. It measures about 40 1/4" across the surface of the widest area of the side "wings". A sticker has been applied to the center of the low edge of the front of the windshield. The following information is on the sticker: B & S Jax Fla DOT-123 AS-6 M-5-S. The windshield is being sold as shown, at no reserve.

Please ask questions before bidding. In all fairness to us and other bidders,
the winning bid is a contract. The winning bidder is expected to complete the
transaction by making payment.

If the buyer feels an item has been misrepresented, we ask that the he/she notify us within 3 days after receipt. We will work with you on resolving the problem. We ask that potential buyers ask any pertinent questions, as their level of expertise might bring to light condition issues that we might not be aware of.

Unless your item has a fixed shipping fee, please wait to make payment until
you have received an invoice. Invoices will be sent within 48 ours of the end of the auction.

International bidders: Before bidding, please email for a shipping quote. Due to availability of protection for the bid price of our buyer, and paypal protection for the payment transaction, priority mail international is the method we use for international shipping.
Shipping costs are quite expensive, and we want you to be advised before making your bid. Please don't ask us to mark this as a gift, or change the item value.

Terms:Shipping costs include a small handling fee and insurance. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Shipping is generally done on Thursday and Friday. Fed Ex packages are dropped off at a Fed Ex Store about 20 miles from our home. If you are interested in having your packages, especially Fed Ex packages, shipped the Thursday or Friday directly after the end of the auction, you will need to make payment ahead of time to allow us time for packing. Priority mail is generally used for items of value over $100, due to availability of insurance. If you are requesting your package be sent to a different address from your regular ebay/paypal address, be sure to request this in a separate email from paypal payments.

2011 Audi R8 GT, an AW first look

Three years after it burst onto the supercar scene, Audi has unveiled a hard-core version of its R8 called the GT. Based on the existing mid-engine R8 V10 and incorporating aerodynamic, weight-saving and mechanical developments used by the company's R8 LMS GT3 race car, Ingolstadt will build just 333 copies of the new 560-hp four-wheel-drive performance flagship. Pricing has not yet been revealed, but given the extent of the changes to the new two-seater, buyers should expect a hefty premium over the R8 V10's $147,000 price tag when the GT goes on sale in North America.
