This is one of the earliest models of the iconic FRANTZ By Pass oil filter using the toilet paper filtering element. It has the cool engraved lid with 50s type graphics and double post clamps. This one has never been used and is in as nice condition as will be found. Included is the mounting bracket, accessory bag, original toilet paper filter, and complete paperwork with instructions. I have never seen one with the original yellow decal and door jamb reminder. There is some rubber staining from the bottom gasket seeping, possibly from heat over the years. The RAC Report on Motoring 2014 reveals many motorists in 21st century Britain think there is little risk of being caught breaking the law at the wheel. Two in five drivers (40%) believe anyone committing common offences such as texting at the wheel of either a moving or stationary vehicle, aggressive driving, tailgating, middle lane hogging on the motorway or undertaking would more than likely get away with it.
