looks to me that the holes in the side were put there for installation of badges and one is missing. probably best to remove one and install a nice pair of new pieces for $10 or thereabouts
seat looks and feels great on top and side views with no apparent cuts or splits but one small cut at bottom edge left rear area less than an inch mostly under the seat and not visible when mounted.

Just before Christmas we reported on a new Corsa-based SUV on the way from Vauxhall and Opel which looks like it’s going to be the Opel Mocha (and, we assume, the Vauxhall Mocha too). But in this new ‘One World’ for cars, where North America actually gets the sort of cars they would once have derided as too small to consider, the Mocha is also going on sale in the US.
Bondurant enters SCCA Hall of Fame
