The UltraMini Alternator is the smallest in our line. It weights only 6 Lbs. and has an output of 55 amps. When Mounted with our low mount brackets (2230 for BBC, 2231 for SBC) it will fit between 18 inch frame rails. When used with our 2232 (BBC) or 2233 (SBC) mid mount bracket, it will fit most stock chassis that do not have a motor plate. It is avaiable as a one wire or an ignition activated unit so it can be switched off or in a 16 Volt Model

We did half expect another tease for the 2014 Range Rover Sport before now, especially after the first video tease for Land Rover’s latest Sport Rangie came just two days after LR started the tease. But in the meantime – just after the first video tease for the new RRS – we had proper leaked photos of the new Range Rover Sport taken at a window tinters in New York as the brand new Range Rover Sport got prepared for its New York outing.

Audi A1: American buyers not ready says U.S. chief De Nysschen

Audi of America President Johan de Nysschen says the United States and its small-equals-cheap mentality isn't ready for premium subcompacts such as the Audi A1, which goes on sale in Europe later this year. In an interview with Automotive News on Monday, de Nysschen said Audi is "seriously looking" at bringing the A1 to the United States in the car's next generation six to eight years from now. Bringing it here earlier could damage Audi's efforts to build widespread recognition for the brand, he said.

NOT content with falling out of a balloon from a great height, Austrian extreme athlete Felix Baumgartner is tackling his next big challenge on the famous Nordschleife circuit of the Nurburgring in Germany. Teaming up with Audi, the Austrian will obtain a racing license and become a driver with the Audi race experience team for the grueling Nurburgring 24 Hours in June. He’ll also be swapping his recording-breaking balloon for a race-prepared Audi R8.
