Fiat Chrysler Automobiles reveals new name, logo
Thu, 30 Jan 2014Earlier this month, Fiat purchased the remaining 41% of Chrysler, the American car company it has held a majority stake in since 2009. During this time, the two logos have appeared side-by-side on relevant forms of communication. But today the Group has unveiled a new corporate identity, which it says reflects “strong core values that represents a unique corporate culture, a common vision and a Group with an international reach”.

Fri, 20 Apr 2012Dimitri Vicedomini has joined Brilliance Automotive as its Design Director, following his previous position as Chief Designer at Pininfarina. Vicedomini, who has over 15 years of experience within the automotive design industry, has previously worked with Brilliance, leading the Pininfarina design team behind models including the Splendor and Splendor Wagon, the H530, and Brilliance's Zhonghua Concept. Within his long history at the renowned Italian design house he was involved in projects including the Ferrari FF, the Enzo and the new F12 Berlinetta as well as the Maserati Gran Turismo and other models.

They've teamed up with style bible GQ magazine to create the GQbyCITROËN.Designed to be a gentleman's sports car, GQ editor Dylan Jones worked with DS3 designer Mark Lloyd to create the five-door coupé. The rear pair of doors are suicide-hinged and the concave rear screen is a typical Citroën design flourish.
