Any item that needs to be returned must first receive a RMA number from our Returns Dept. All items to be returned must be in new condition and uninstalled. Warranty does not cover any return shipping charges.Any item returned is subject to restocking and or original shipping fees. Please note that installed items will not be permitted to be returned. |
Shipping |
Shipping is free to the lower 48 United States. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48 states and will need to be invoiced for shipping. Most items ship the same day payment is received if payment is received before 2pm EST otherwise the item will ship the following business day. Due to UPS shipping items will not be shipped during holidays observed by UPS. If an item is out of stock or oversold the customer will be notified of the date that the item will be back in stock. International customers and customers located in Hawaii or Alaska will be invoiced for additional shipping charges. Some items will be sent via USPS and others via UPS. Shipping method is determined by Eastern Performance customer service team for the best shipping price with the safe arrival of the package in mind.
