These Edelbrock Victor 454-TD series intake manifolds, for tall deck big blocks, offer superior performance for drag racing and marine applications. They accept 4500 series carbs or standard-flange double pumpers with an adapter. With a 3,500 to 8,000 rpm range, they're designed with the serious enthusiast in mind.

A collection of coachbuilt specials and concept cars by French company Heuliez is to be sold at auction. The selection of 56 cars spans a huge spectrum from a Fiat 500 up to Le Mans racers but what really caught our eye were the oddball one-off conversions. Highlights include the Citroën BX Break De Chasse ‘Dyana', a three-door shooting break version of Gandini's classic, the 1972 Peugeot 204 Taxi H4 and the targa-roofed Citroën SM Espace.

Saab has reached the end of the road - for the second time in two years, just before Christmas. Parent company Swedish Automobile today announced that Saab had filed for bankruptcy. Owner and acting CEO Victor Muller had been trying to sell Saab as a going concern and had come close to signing a deal with Chinese car makers Pang Da and Youngman, but the deal was blocked by former owner General Motors which feared its technology - powering the new 9-5, plenty of the 9-3 range and the 9-4X - would fall into opposition hands in China.
