Chevrolet Colorado Rally concept

Chevrolet has announced the second concept that previews the brand's next generation of pickups ahead of its official unveiling at the 5th Buenos Aires Auto Show. Following on from the Colorado concept shown in Bangkok, the Colorado Rally truck takes the basic premise of the first Colorado concept and adds a dose of aggression, with the vehicle gaining increased ride height, chunkier tires and a more prominent under body. Integrated winches, front and rear, convey the truck's off road abilities.

Umea Institute of Design degree show 2009

Masters students from Sweden's Umea Institute of Design recently exhibited their final-year projects at the university's annual degree show. Featuring the work of both graduating diploma students and those completing the first year of their MA in Transportation Design, this year's exhibition brought together a diverse range of themes, ranging from futuristic interpretations of existing brand DNA to new concepts in car production, usage and forms. Renault's added the new Megane Renaultsport N4 to its current rally range. The N4 draws on a group of heritage Renaults stretching over a quarter of a century - including the 5 GT Turbo, R11 Turbo, R21 Turbo, R19 16V, Clio Williams and Clio Renaultsport. To cope with all sorts of terrain, the Megane uses three-way adjustable shock absorbers.
