Nissan has released pricing for the Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid range for the 2014 model year. The Hybrid version of the Pathfinder is all new for 2014, and it will be offered in a total of six versions. All Pathfinder Hybrid models use a supercharged 2.5-liter V6 gasoline engine paired with an electric motor, which draws power from a compact Lithium-ion battery.

Peugeot today released photos of the HX1 concept car, which will make its debut at the forthcoming Frankfurt motor show. Measuring in at just under 5m in overall length but standing only 1400mm tall, the long, sleek vehicle is able to seat up to six passengers. Besides being practical, the vehicle is also extremely aerodynamic, returning an impressive 0.28 Cd.

Andy Palmer (pictured) is taking the reins at Aston Martin Lagonda Aston Martin has effectively been without a boss since Ulrich Bez stepped down from the role last year, but that changes with the announcement that Andrew Palmer – until now, Chief Planning Officer of Nissan – is to step in to the role. There’s no specific start date for Andy Palmer at Aston, but Nissan has announced that Philippe Klein will take up Palmer’s role at Nissan on 15 September, so it shouldn’t be long before Palmer holds the reins at Aston Martin.
