All orders placed including (phone, fax, mail, Internet/web & e-mail)  constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed  below.

All items are brand new in original manufacturing box, unless otherwise stated in the description.

All Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a Verified Billing Address.  All PayPal Orders can only be shipped to confirmed address, NO  EXCEPTION. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 7 calendar days.  All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product,  and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some  product images may be shown with optional items that are sold  separately. Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of  the order, certain shipping services may not be available.

If we are offering Free 2nd Day Air Shipping or Free Overnight for an Item and the same Item is sold with best offer or on sale, Items will be  shipped ground.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price or in shipping  & handling charge and is the responsibility of buyer. All international buyers are responsible for all applicable import duty and brokerage fees.

US Buyers can pay by PayPal, VISA, Or Master Card. International Buyers can pay by PayPal Verified.

Shipping & Handling:
All orders with physical address will be shipped via UPS or FedEx or USPS.  For P.O. Box, APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, GUAM, Virgin  Islands address order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service.  Please allow up to 3 business Days to Process Shipment, though most  items will be shipped same day or next business day. If shipment is  delayed for any reason buyer will be notified via EBay e-mail system.

We are not responsible for shipping time. Please allow up to 12 days for  domestic shipment and up to 15 days for international shipment. Items  are not guaranteed to be in stock, unless otherwise noted. Please  confirm availability if you are in rush before committing to buy. If  item is back ordered buyer will be notified via email with options for  buyer.We send tracking number automatically to your email registered with EBay or PayPal. Please check your Junk Mail folder. Sometimes they do go to the junk  mail.Next Day Express, 2nd Day Express and 3 Day select is also  available for extra charge.

Shortage/Damaged Shipment/Discrepancies:
We use a triple check method to ensure all merchandises are packed  carefully and correctly before it leaves our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. Please keep all  shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. We will  not initiate any claims with the carrier. Claims for shortage of items  or discrepancies must be paid within 48 hours after receipt of  merchandise. Claims of damaged shipments must be made by customer with  the carrier. Any Refused shipments sent back does not constitute the  right to a refund or credit. Customer will be charged freight expenses  associated with the refused shipment as well as up to 25% re stocking  fee.Buyers are responsible for all shipping related to warranty issue.
