This is the Edge "Juice" performance enhancement system for GM Duramax Diesel Engines. I installed and used this on my 2004 Chevy LB7 Duramax, and it worked flawlessly.  This one is listed for the LB7 and LLY engines, as I said, I know it works with the LB7. I understand that LB7 was made from 1999-2004. Verify your engine code before bidding on this. It includes the harness kit, EGT sensor, control module, manual, and the remote cab control with dash pod (Tan color).  A new dash pod can be purchased for $40 online.

I bought this to give me a little added power for towing, which it definitely did. I choose the Juice because it monitors exhaust gas temperature (EGT) and will automatically reduce power if the EGT gets too high.  This is the best way to prevent over stressing the engine.  The remote cab console provides you with the ability to monitor engine performance and control power level.  In short, it works great. I also liked the fact that you can pull it out in 5 minutes for smog tests!  I took it out when I traded in my truck for a new one.  If you don't know about the Juice already, there is plenty of info online, including U Tube installation videos.

Don't buy this for a Dodge or a Ford.  This one is specific to the GM Duramax.  Make sure you know which Duramax you have.  It is listed on the window sticker.  If you didn't save that, there are ways to look it up online using your VIN.  This is for the LB7.  The manual also references the LLY engine, but you would need to check with Edge products to make sure about compatibility.  While you are at it, check out what it costs for a new one!

More info:

The Juice plugs into the truck's factory connections in a matter of minutes and communicates directly with the engine's ECM, from which it receives vital engine data and fuel system information. This communication enables the Juice to provide smooth and precise power under any driving condition. The Attitude is the in-cab controller that controls the Juice and provides constant real-time updates on the truck's vital information. Using the Attitude, one can choose from four different power levels and shift on the fly.

The Juice with Attitude produces noticeable gains in horsepower and ft-lbs of torque - anywhere from 20-70 additional horsepower and 60-120 additional ft-lbs of torque to the rear wheels. It is the premium power module, controller and gauge package. The Attitude functions as a comprehensive gauge display by monitoring exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), turbo boost, transmission slip and engine coolant temperature. The module even has built-in safety features to protect the truck, such as audible alerts and automatic defueling to prevent excessive EGT, boost levels and transmission slippage.

Suzuki Swift Sport gets 5 doors & costs £14,249

The new Suzuki Swift Sport 5-door (pictured) offers a more practical option to the Sport The Suzuki Swift Sport arrived in the UK at the end of 2011, and although it wasn’t exactly the sort of hot hatch that would make a Fiesta ST quake in its boots it did up the fun factor from Suziki’s more than decent Swift. In fact, the 3-door Swift Sport did a bit more than up the fun factor, it got Australia’s advertising authorities up in arms about its ‘suggestive’ advertising and got itself banned from Ozzie TV for being too ‘hot’. Which probably didn’t do sales any harm at all.
