Removed from a 1974 Cessna 177RG aircraft that I purchased that was stored in a private hangar in Troutdale, OR for at least 30 years. The wings had already been removed as were the stabilator, flaps and ailerons. Many other parts besides this one are still available. Please let me know if you have any interest in other items for this aircraft model. The last logbook entry while the aircraft was airworthy was in 1982.

Alfa again delays U.S. return as European debt crisis deepens

Alfa Romeo has delayed the U.S. introduction of several key models by at least another year and has canceled plans to build a mid-sized SUV at Chrysler Group's factory in Toledo, Ohio. Alfa Romeo CEO Harald Wester, in a presentation to financial analysts in Frankfurt on Wednesday in connection with the Frankfurt auto show, said Alfa Romeo was scaling back its global expansion plans.

Some of you may have seen this already; it’s been popular on the map sites for a while. But those who don’t know about Bendix Woods County Park west of South Bend, Ind., feast your eyes on 5,000 pine trees, planted in 1937, spelling Studebaker when viewed from high enough. Bendix Woods park was formerly the Studebaker proving grounds, and much of the track surface is still visible in satellite photos.
