Not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles anywhere in the United States. Legal ONLY for off-road competition racing vehicles and cannot be used on vehicles that are operated on public streets, roads or highways.

 DISCLAIMER

1) This product may NEVER be installed on a vehicle registered for highway or public street use.

2) By installing this product onto your vehicle, you assume all risk and liability associated with its use.

3) It is your responsibility to make sure your vehicle complies with all federal, state, and local emissions laws. Federal and many state and local laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperative of any part of the design affecting emissions or safety on motor vehicles used on a public street or highway. Violation may result in a fine of up to $32,500 per vehicle (or possibly higher depending on changes in the law). All civil penalties and fines for removing your vehicle’s emissions equipment are the sole responsibility of the end user.

4) Due to its high performance nature, this product may void vehicle manufacturer’s warranty.

5) Wild Diesel LLC is not responsible for misuse of its products. By installing this product, you release Wild Diesel LLC of any and all liability associated with its use.

6) No other applications besides off-road competition racing use are intended or implied. Depending on where you live, additional restrictions may apply. Check all applicable laws before installing or using!

Shipping is additional to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico; please inquire for a price quote.

We ship UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS from our nearest warehouse within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. 

Items that ship from manufacturer directly should arrive within 3-5 business days! UPS will not deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns:

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Parts that do not work with the vehicle they were built for will be exchanged. If item cannot be exchanged a refund of the original purchase price will be issued minus 15% restock fee. The original, actual shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must include all original packaging & invoice. Before returning any item please contact us for specific shipping instructions. All returns must be approved and issued a return number. The RMA # must be written on the outside of each package in a visible area. All returns will be mailed back to our return department. Address will be e-mailed to you on request of return. Lack of return number will delay refunds. Once items have been received with a return number & inspected, a credit will be issued. A re-stock fee will be deducted from refunds for items returned by purchasing mistake or cancellation. Additional fees may be added if the item has been installed or used.
