A LOLLIPOP LADY who dived in front of an out-of-control car to push a group of children to safety has been honoured at an awards ceremony to celebrate the country's unsung heroes. EPA calls for lower-sulfur gasoline

The EPA proposed a package of rules Friday that includes cleaner gasoline and stricter limits on pollution from the tailpipes of cars, despite objections from the oil industry.
