Item: #102

Dear valued customer, Thanks for looking at this item. As you can see, I have a proven record of peerless customer satisfaction over many years on eBay. There is a 14-day return policy on all items. Due to the recent surge in faulty returns, I must limit returns to items that arrive "significantly not as described." (A faulty return exists when a dishonest buyer damages an item after it's been delivered and attempts to defraud the seller by demanding a refund for damages they inflicted on the item in question) If you have a legitimate case to return an item in concert with this policy, you must submit pictures immediately upon discovering the damage caused by the shipping carrier. Thank you.

VR Chevrolet Camaro (2010): the UK's Camaro

Sat, 31 Oct 2009

By Jonny Smith First Official Pictures 31 October 2009 20:47 When GM uncloaked their Camaro retro remake at the 2006 Detroit auto show, the domestic audience understandably adored it. That muscle car concept is now a showroom reality, but any plans of bringing a right-hook version to South African, Aussie or Brit shores have been quashed – presumably due to low-volume sales and GM’s moth-eaten wallet.Much like a Mustang or Challenger, if you live in Britain and want a Camaro, you have to settle for a specially imported left-hooker. Come January 2010, when these rendered images of the VR Camaro will be a reality, UK customers won’t have to worry about doing any of the importation or UK-spec work.

Eric Leong from Sweden's Umeå Institute of Design, came in first place with his 'Audi Elite' project, earning himself €4,000. Leong's single-person vehicle can be controlled using the entire body through gestures and movements, and adapts to the needs of the driver, giving them more control.

Audi at CES 2011

Sat, 08 Jan 2011

Audi will position itself as the leader in in-car electronics, is working on augmented reality head up and 3D cockpits displays, and has already integrated NVIDIA's very latest Tegra 2 super processor to power the HMI of the next A3. Those were just a few of the highlights from a keynote speech given by Rupert Stadler, Chairman of Audi, on the opening morning of the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. Stadler drove onto the stage in the E-tron Spyder concept last seen at the Paris auto show — here painted a fetching shade of deep red — together with CES founder and CEO of the Consumer Electronics Association, Gary Shapiro.
