Elliot 12-Man Liferaft This listing is for a Elliot 12-Man US Coast Guard Approved SOLAS Liferaft. We are not the original owners, so don't know much about the history of them. It looks like it was checked out once a year up until 2012. It will need re-inspected prior to safe use. It was manufactured on 04/2007. What you see in pictures is exactly what you are buying.
