Show Review: Tokyo Concours D’Elegance
Wed, 28 Nov 2007Tokyo has hosted the first of what it hopes will become the Japanese equivalent of America's Pebble Beach and Italy's Villa D'Este. Well, less than 10 percent of independent repair shops are certified, meet training requirements and have the equipment to work with aluminum body parts, according to Darrell Amberson, chairman of the Automotive Service Association.
Cloud rises over diesel plan for Nissan Maxima
Wed, 18 Mar 2009Nissan North America may postpone a V6 diesel engine planned for the Maxima sedan in 2010. "We haven't reached a decision on the diesel yet, but we have to consider where we want to put our capital investments," says Larry Dominique, North American vice president for product planning.
