The item maybe taken out of the package to ship the item in. We will usually send the item by USPS priority mail unless the items is to large then the item will be shipped ups ground. Items usually ship within one to 2 Business Days after payment clears. Monday not considered a business day as we are closed for business. Please be aware their maybe /will be an additional $10-40 or more shipping charge to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Returns

Most items are returnable unless otherwise stated in the listing. We do not accept returns on anything electrical or items that have been installed for safety purposes. We offer a seven (14) day money back return policy. There will be some listings that are not returnable. The buyer is in charge of paying for shipping back to us, unless it was clearly our fault (received the wrong item or the listing was wrong). The buyer will pay to have the item shipped back to us with a receipt for the cost of shipping back to us. Once the item is received and it is in the same shape we shipped out. We do recommend that you pay for insurance in case the item is lost. We will Then credit back the base shipping rate only. If you contact me on a Sunday or Monday about a return I will not be able to reply until the Tuesday afterward. If you start a dispute before we can respond, You will only be able to get a refund on the item(s) and the original shipping. As e-bay and PayPal will freeze the original dollar amount and it will take longer for a refund.
