BMW M3 GTS (2010) unveiled: a new M3 CSL first official pictures

BMW might not be producing an M3 CSL, but this is something much better. Called the M3 GTS it’s a stripped-out 450bhp road-racer designed to take on the Porsche 911 GT3 RS. It’s a response to those that thought M Division might have lost its way: 'The BMW M3 GTS which we are currently preparing in our BMW M production workshop is a response to frequently expressed customer wishes', said M Division’s CEO Dr Kay Segler at the unveiling.

The Hyundai ix20 - on sale in November We got teased with the next instalment of the Hyundai world domination plan – the Hyundai ix20 – a few weeks before the Paris Motor Show, but only as a sketch tease. We had to wait another couple of weeks to get a real photo of the ix20 and then a reveal at Paris. It’s taken a very long time for Henrik Fisker to get the Karma out to the public, and even then it looks like it still wasn’t really ready to go, with reports of faults and breakdowns already starting to filter in from the handful of Karma owners. But the next stage of Fisker’s evolution in to a fully fledged maker of range-extending EVs is ‘Project Nina’, a smaller car that the Fisker – thing 3 Series – which has been funded to a great degree by the US taxpayer.
