ENGINE BLOCK-03-04 HONDA ACCORD 3.0 VTEC You are Buying a engine block for a 03-04 Honda accord 3.0 vtec. This engine block has been tested and works. I found that it seems the block had 2 small holes that were plugged which if you look close you can see in the pictures. I bought the engine from a well known company in New York and he has on site techs that test every motor before they sell them and he does have a great feedback score.
