No one seemed to know why the two brothers stopped talking, but their resulting rivalry led to some of the fastest cars ever built, two of which went more than 600 mph. Walt Arfons battled his half-brother Art on the Bonneville Salt Flats and at dragstrips across the country, but the pair rarely spoke over the course of one of the longest and most intense motorsport rivalries ever. Walt and Art started out working together, building a three-wheeled dragster in their native rural Ohio in 1952.

The iconic MGB was in production from 1962 until 1980, an entire era that saw relatively few changes introduced to the well-proven design. The Bolt Gold Nissan GT-R, autographed by Olympic champion Usain Bolt, sold for $187,100 at an eBay auction. All proceeds will be donated to the Usain Bolt Foundation, which helps create educational and cultural opportunities for young people in Jamaica. More than 100 people competed for the other items crossing the block, including racing helmets, special driving suits and boots, which brought $6,091 more.
