Almost all engines will include Intake Manifolds, Exhaust Manifolds, Fuel Injectors, Fuel Rails, Wiring Harness, and Sensors. These items are NOT Guaranteed to be included nor are they covered under our warranty. You should expect to use your existing Intake Manifold(s), Exhaust Manifold(s), Sensors, and Wiring Harness to eliminate complications when installing the engine. Warranty Requirements: -Replace engine oil to manufacture's suggested level -Replace oil filter -Flush oil coolers -Replace valve cover gasket(s) -Replace oil pan gasket and main seal -Replace Timing Belt and idler pulley(s) -Ensure motor is timed correctly before installation of motor -Replace Timing Chain if milage meets manufacture specifications -Replace thermostat and gasket -Flush and inspect cooling system (including radiator) -Install new spark plugs -Install new belts and hoses -Other installation procedures may apply. Fri, 10 Jan 2014Erstwhile GM interior design chief David Lyon, alongside former GM engineer Nina Mital and ex-Ford designer Gary Braddock – the three members of new Michigan-based design consultancy Pocketsquare – will have the first fruits of their new venture displayed at the NAIAS in Detroit in the form of Panasonic's advanced interior design concept. The interior makes use of Panasonic's new range of head-up displays and smart clusters to reduce driver distraction in advance of the latest proposed NHTSA legislation. The system is said to exceed these measures by as much as 35 per cent.
Ford debuts another Australian hot rod
Mon, 27 Aug 2012Ford's Australian-based Performance Vehicles operation has unveiled its fastest car to date—the Falcon-based FPV GT R-spec. To be assembled at Ford Performance Vehicle's headquarters on the outskirts of Melbourne, the rear-wheel drive GT R-spec packs the same engine as the earlier GT335, a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 producing 449 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque. But, a range of chassis modifications, including a retuned suspension, wider 19-inch rear wheels and tires and new launch control system are claimed to provide the greater off-the-line speed than any previous model from Ford's Australian outpost.
