SPECIFICATIONS This tachometers measures the time between reflected pulses of light and calculates the RPM, providing readability and accuracy. This tachometer features non-corrosive hardware and a gasket sealed lens and bezel to prevent fogging. Each tachometer features the Domelux lens and is built to withstand severe conditions. Each tachometer can be calibrated to work with 4, 6, and 8 cylinder engines as well as outboards. It includes two installation options, including hardware and inductive pickup for installation on vehicles with conventional, electronic, and distributorless ignition systems. ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Puncture-proof car tyres 'within five years'

Tyre maker Bridgestone has announced plans to have its AirFree concept tyre installed on road-going cars within three to five years. The company made the announcement at a special event at its headquarters in Tokyo.

Mon, 18 Jun 2012The Jaguar F-Type is to get a new 3.0 litre V6 Supercharged engine and Jaguar are trailing it in a new video ahead of launch. We finally learnt in April that the C-X16 Concept would come to life as the Jaguar F-Type and just a few days later that the F-Type would be getting a new V6 supercharged 3.0 litre engine (amongst others). But with the launch of the Jaguar F-Type Roadster still almost a year away (spring 2013), Jaguar are keeping up the marketing impetus with a trailer video of the new supercharged lump destined for the E-Type’s spiritual successor.
Next Hyundai Genesis partially revealed in spy shots
Thu, 27 Jun 2013Thanks to an Autoweek reader, spy shots of the next Hyundai Genesis sedan found their way into our inbox this morning. The big four door was heavily camouflaged at rainy O'Hare Airport, but we can definitely see the winged Genesis logo on the wheels and the interior is Hyundai all the way. The front end looks blockier than the outgoing model, similar to the HCD-14 concept we saw at the Detroit auto show.
