Return Policy

• Please allow us to resolve any issues before leaving feedback. We can solve any problem to your satisfaction!
• Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving the item for exchange or money back!
• Buyer pays for return shipping!
• Returns require a valid RMA from us. Please message us and we will e-mail them to you
• Return shipment for defective items is paid for by us!
• Returns must include all parts, in original packaging, no parts missing or will not be accepted and returned to buyer!
• We do not stock parts. All replacements/exchanges require sending back the entire item or set

Shipping

We only ship to Continental US.  Our orders are generally handled and processed within 1-3 business days, with most items being delivered within 3-7 business days. Your item(s) will be shipped using the most efficient carrier to your area (USPS, UPS, FedEx), which is determined once the order is received. Tracking numbers are provided once the item has been shipped and are posted on your portal or emailed directly to you.

Because items cannot be shipped to the outlying U.S. Territories via domestic ground service, we request that you email us first and confirm that we are able to ship to the following destinations:
