It’s a smarter adaptation of the existing Outlander plug-in hybrid road car. Mitsubishi describes it thus: ‘The Outlander PHEV Concept-S is a concept model MMC proposes as a special package of the Outlander PHEV production model that has a refined interior and exterior design that magnifies the Outlander PHEV’s unique driving experience.’ Not a huge amount to go on then.

Eterniti Motors sells first Eterniti Artemis at Beijing auto show

Eterniti Motors, which first showed us the Hemera super SUV concept in Frankfurt, then the production version--called the Artemis--in Beijing, sold its first car at the Chinese show. The company took five orders for the Eterniti Artemis, four in standard specification and one bespoke version. The standard Artemis SUV costs $337,500, converted from British pounds.

Hyundai's North American design team unveiled the HCD II ‘New Vision Utility' (NUVIS) concept at the New York Auto Show, the eleventh signature concept car to be designed at the company's California Design Center in Irvine, California. In addition to showcasing the brand's cutting-edge capabilities, Nuvis also hints at a possible design direction for a future-generation crossover, blending attributes of a tall urban car and a premium utility vehicle.
