This item combines a high end Radar Detection system with the ability to temporarily jam law enforcement Laser detectors to allow you to reduce speed before they can get a lock on you. Purchased new for $1999 plus tax and shipping before I discovered the laser shifter pro is not legal for use in CA. CA Law enforcement officers are not a fan as the radar detector is very sensitive, and the laser shifter pro laser JAMMERS are very effective at causing their LIDAR guns to read ERR.. There is an actual law against their use - that is how well they work!  Never opened, still in original shipping box from Nissan. My loss could be your gain!

Bloodhound SSC – 1000mph World Record plan

Tue, 24 Nov 2009

The Bloodhound SSC – aims to hit 1,000mph   The current world record stands at a relatively measly 763mph (measly certainly in comparison to the target set by the Bloodhound SSC Team) and the technical obstacles the Bloodhound team has had to overcome to get their record attempt on target have been substantial. The Bloodhound design has gone through ten evolutions in the last year and has now settled on a plan that has overcome initial obstacles. The first evolution of the Bloodhound saw the 200kg rocket sat above the EJ200 Eurofighter Typhoon jet engine, but that didn’t develop sufficient thrust.

Mercedes S Class production cut as sales fall

Wed, 17 Oct 2012

Mercedes is cutting production of the range topping S Class to a one shift operation as sales fall ahead of the new 2013 S Class. But there are now plenty of signs that even premium car makers are not immune from the economic climate – particularly in Europe – as sales start to slide. We recently commented that Jaguar sales are not as strong as they were and now it seems Mercedes is starting to feel the punch as sales of the range-topping S Class falter.
