McLaren MP4-12C Sets 7.28:00 at Nurburgring +video
Mon, 24 Oct 2011McLaren MP4-12C sets a time at the Nurburgring We’ve had a spate of claims for lap records at the Nurburgring by production cars, and the latest to play the game is the McLaren MP4-12C, with McLaren claiming a time of 7.28:00. Instantly recognisable as a Corvette, the new model packs a 6.2-litre V8 rated at 460bhp. Best of all though is the news that the road racer will reach UK dealerships next autumn, priced from £61,495.

Following the approval Transport for London can now install the lights at Bow Roundabout – the first time the lights have been used in the UK.
