Women’s World Car of the Year 2011: Citroen DS3 & BMW 5-Series
Wed, 21 Sep 2011Women's World Car of the Year (WWCOTY) 2011 - DS3 & 5 Series tie We’ll decline to question too much what the response would be if a panel of male motoring writers voted for a ‘Man’s World Car of the Year Award’. There is a catch though, as Renault’s vision of an autonomous driving future centres around the provision of ‘protected’ roads devoid of pedestrians or other hazards to make the reality of hands off driving possible.
Ferrari FF gets 875bhp with E85 conversion
Fri, 13 Jan 2012Ferrari FF E85 conversion gets 875bhp If the performance of the Ferrari FF with 650bhp isn’t enough for you, how about a bio-ethanol (E85) conversion with 875bhp? Despite Ferrari anoraks claiming the Ferrari FF isn’t a real Ferrari, we think it’s stunning. With a glorious V12 producing 650bhp, 0-60mph in 3.7 seconds, room for four – and their luggage – and a go-anywhere 4WD system, we think it’s a masterpiece.
