Research shows that a major factor that affects this capacity loss, is temperature inside the battery. Charging at low current rate helps to reduce the capacity loss. We recommend our customers to charge at 10 Amp whenever they have enough time, and use the fast (16 Amp) mode only when needed.

Abarth Fiat 500 Convertible confirmed. Punto Abarth coming?
Mon, 12 Oct 2009It looks like plans for an Abarth version of the 500C for 2010 are confrmed But a successful model is always going to spawn whatever variants a car maker can viably muster, so our report in July that we will see an Abarth version of the 500C in Spring 2010 – probably at the Geneva Motor Show – now seem to have been confirmed as ‘jokeforblog’ has published pictures of what seems to be a road-ready Abarth Convertible at Abarth’s facility. Now that will be a bunch of fun – and just in time for next Summer. Spy shot of the Abarth 500 Cabriolet It also now seems likely that Fiat are pushing ahead with a new Abarth version of the Punto.
2012 Ford Focus ST gets 297bhp
Fri, 30 Nov 2012Those clever chaps at SuperChips have given the 2012 Ford Focus ST a bit of an ECU tweak to deliver 297bhp and an extra 85lb/ft of torque. When we reported last week that WTC outfit Arena had in roped Ford’s tuner of choice, Mountune, to give the new Ford Focus a makeover, we were a tad disappointed to discover that they were tweaking the rather journeyman Focus Zetec S. That meant the Zetec S got 200bhp – a handy jump – but we bemoaned the fact that they hadn’t fiddled with the Focus ST to give us a car to fill the void left by the absence of a Focus RS in the current iteration of the Focus.

Mon, 03 Mar 2014Here's what you need to know about the Koenigsegg One:1. It weighs 1,360 kilograms; it produces 1,360 hp. One horsepower per kilogram, which is why mad scientist Christian Von Koenigsegg is absolutely justified in bragging about it: it's the world's first "mega car," he said.
