2013 Volkswagen Passat R-Line & new 1.4 TSI arrive
Mon, 13 May 2013The Volkswagen range is hugely successful and largely appealing, but it’s not always the most dynamic looking range of cars on offer. Which is why the R-Line option of fairly understated sporty add-ons is so popular and why VW is offering it on more and more of its range. Now we get the VW Passat R-Line treatment (just as we did with the old Passat) with a bespoke body kit offering more butch bumpers front and back – and cornering fogs in the front bumper – side skirts, 18″ Kansas alloys, spoiler at the back, lowered suspension, extra chrome, Bi-xenon headlights with LED running lights and privacy glass to give the Passat a much more appealing look.

Tue, 27 Dec 2011While most of us are home on Jan. 2, working off a two-day sports hangover, the 123rd Tournament of Roses Parade will take place in Pasadena, Calif., with the world's heaviest and longest parade float--powered by a 6.8-liter Ford V10. The Natural Balance Pet Foods float will measure 116 feet at its longest point and weigh in at 100,000 pounds, all of which is certified by the book of Guinness World Records.
Suzuki to unveil 'S-Cross' in Paris
Mon, 17 Sep 2012Suzuki has revealed a teaser image of its new S-Cross concept car which the automaker will be debuting at next week's Paris motor show. The S-Cross, which indicates an impending C-segment crossover model, is designed to represent a theme of "Emotion x Quality x Aerodynamics" through the use of distinctive dynamic lines that flow from the front fender across the doors and end at the rear of the body. Suzuki have left us with very little else to go on, and so we'll have to wait until next week's show to find out more.
