Evinrude/Johnson Reverse Gear Thrust Bearing & Washer
Fits Many Older Engines Thru Present Day Models

Whether you've seen these items just once or hundreds of time, you know exactly what they are, where they go, and their purpose. Simply put.... the thrust bearing and washer that goes in back of the reverse gear.

The Thrust Bearing: 382408
The Thrust Washer: 313447
Measurements... Both the bearing and washer measure:
Outside Diameter = 2-1/8"
Inside Diameter = 1-1/2"

If your engine calls for this bearing number, look no further.

Being retired, my books only go up to 1992. However, I have found that this bearing and washer combination fit from various horsepower engines as far back as 1968, possibly further back... and are still used on many models including the V8 engines thru 1992, and of course they're used on various models no doubt to the present day.

My books show that this combination is used on the horsepowers of 50, 55, 60, 65, 75, 85, 100, 115, 125, 135, 150, 175, 200, 235, 275, 300, just to list a few.... there is just not enough space in this ad to list the engines that use this bearing combination.

The last list price I saw on this combination was approximately $21.26

The shipping weight is 10 ounces and will be shipped from area code 33594.

I usually have several items listed on my eBay auction. If more than one item is purchased, allow me to combine the items into one shipment if possible to keep shipping charges as low as possible.

Shipping costs to your area can easily be calculated. This gives you knowledge of the final cost of the item, eliminating that sudden surprise many of us have encountered in the past.

New Range Rover Sport races a Spitfire on the Goodwood Airfield (video)

Mon, 08 Jul 2013

The new Range Rover Sport takes on the iconic Spitfire (pictured) in a race at Goodwood They may have stolen the idea from Top Gear, but Land Rover has taken up a challenge from FortyOneSix.com to turn up at the Goodwood Airfield with a new Range Rover Sport and take on a WWII Spitfire on the Goodwood Airfield. As the Goodwood Airfield is a grass strip, it’s a proper test of the new Range Rover Sport’s ability to get away on slippery surfaces and the Spitfire provides a worthy challenger with its 1750bhp V12 Merlin engine offering a 400mph performance in the air and over 80mph at take-off. The Vickers Submarine Spitfire was piloted by Matt Jones from the Boultbee Flight Academy and the RRS by Mike Cross, so there was no doubting the abilities of both to get the best out of their charges.

Holden will sell cars in Australia beyond 2017

Mon, 23 Dec 2013

When we heard about Holden's plans to shutter its Australian plants after 2017, we didn't know quite what to think. The General Motors subsidiary was cagey when it came to details, claiming that the brand would remain a presence in Australia -- even maintaining its design office there. Oddly, we couldn't get anyone to say, in black-and-white terms, what vehicles would be sold there under the Holden name after its plants close.

'Ford shouldn't sell Jaguar/Land Rover'

Wed, 30 Jan 2008

By Tim Pollard Motor Industry 30 January 2008 15:01 A majority of CAR Magazine Online users reckon that Ford is making a mistake by selling Jaguar and Land Rover. Nearly 60 percent of our website users say the Blue Oval shouldn’t flog its premium-badged crown jewels, according to our exclusive online poll. Ford is poised to announce the sell-off in the next few weeks; a decision is currently tipped for the end of February 2008, according to chief executive Alan Mulally, although deals of this epic scale can sometimes drag on for even longer.
