This gear and shaft assembly came off of a 1964 Evinrude 3hp Yachtwin, model 3433S-R.  The prop shaft, forward gear, pinion gear, spacer, and seals are all in great shape.  The gear case head isn't the prettiest thing but is still structurally strong and the o-ring is in good shape.  It's all set up to be a drop in replacement.  Put into the lower unit and go!  On the prop shaft, the first beginning thread is a little malled but the nut still goes on just fine and doesn't hinder the performance at all.  The prop shaft itself is straight as an arrow.
