Up for auction is a used Evinrude Johnson VRO Pump. Part number Unknown. Came with a large lot of parts from a shop I bought out. Some of these VRO pumps I've listed are good due to converting to premix. Some of them are no good and were replaced. I have no way of knowing which are which therefore they are all being sold for parts or repair. Just assume that it will have an issue of some sort although it may not. It's not worth burning up a powerhead so unless you can clean these up and replace any defective part in them these may not be for you. I've bought out a large outboard repair shop due to owner retiring and have a huge inventory of over 150 complete motors along with tens of thousands of other parts so if your looking for something in particular and can't find it feel free to give me a call at 573-529-3849. Parts may need cleaning up as I list them the way they come off the motors. RIP Anatole ‘Tony’ Lapine 1930–2012
Wed, 09 May 2012Anatole ‘Tony’ Lapine, head of Style Porsche from 1969 to 1988, passed away at the age of 81 on 29 April at his home in Baden-Baden, Germany. Lapine is best known for overseeing the then new generation of cars during his time at Porsche. These included Wolfgang Möbius' iconic 1978 928 and the Harm Lagaay-designed 924/944.
Volkswagen has plans for yet another Beetle

Expected to appear in concept form at the Los Angeles auto show late this year, the second-generation version of the modern-day Beetle goes on sale in the United States in May 2011. A convertible with a fabric top will follow about a year later.
