You are bidding on a Used Outboard Motor Center Transom Stren Mount Bracket Port side Assembly Evinrude or Johnson outboard Motors. This Part is Used in useable shape, There is a chip on the inside of the bracket but this should still work just find, check out the pictures, The Part number for the Part is 388032 or 0388032 or 312062 or 0312062 or 0312062D3 or 380871 or 0380871. This part was removed from a 1978 6hp Johnson Model # 6R78B. 

It looks like This should work with Some 4hp, 6hp motors Build it the 1968 and 1979. I am sure that this will work on other motors to. I am sure that this will work on other motors to. Check with your local dealer to check on compatibility with what you have or Contact me with your motor information (Model # and Serial #) and I'll see what I can find out.
