Evinrude Johnson Standard RH Rotation 25" Lower unit pulled from a 500hr. E200FPXSSH. New retail over $4K not including upper driveshaft, shift shaft or waterpump. Also included are the trim tab propeller thrust washer and prop nut/retainer and mounting bolts. Drain plugs were upgraded to stainless steel allen type plugs ($30) which are much easier to service than the old flat head type. No metal shavings were found and unit held 17 psi overnight. Waterpump was disassembled and the unit was cleaned and inspected. Shifts easily into F-N-R with no play in the prop shaft or clutch dog chatter. Pulled from a 500 hour 25" 200 HP FIcht motor. This is a used OEM Evinrude unit. Before use, this unit will need the splines regreased and filled with gear oil. Impeller was replaced shortly before the powerhead failed. That being said, it is never a bad idea to replace before installing the unit. Check the photos carefully, the prop shaft and skeg are straight and show no sign of impact. The owner of this motor did do some touch up work a few years back, it could use a repaint if you are concerned about the appearance. Blemishes you see in the photos are paint only, no deep scratches or impact marks.
Unit is packed safely to ship, in order to qualify for insurance it will be placed in an additional "bicycle box" at fedex.
