EXPECTATIONS

• I treat every Ebayer the way I want to be treated.
• Please know I will do everything in my power to make a situation right; should it be due to my mistake, error or oversight.
• I will keep the lines of communication open at all times until the close of the transaction (arrival, acceptance and satisfaction of the item(s).
• We are all human and mistakes can and do occur, therefore: PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT leave NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE feedback without giving me the chance to make the situation right.
• I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT even if it means a loss to me, but again, IF and ONLY IF I am to fault.

E-BIDDING / E-BUYING

• DO NOT bid on any item(s) unless you are willing and able to pay for the item. When bidding, you are entering into a “binding contract” relative to EBay’s rules and regulations.
• DO NOT bid until and without reading all of my Ebay Selling requirements and the full description of the listing.
• FAILURE TO PAY will result in the reporting of such actions to the proper division of Ebay. This can and will result in your Ebay privileges being suspended or possibly revoked. This will also tarnish your Ebay reputation with EBAY and Ebay Buyers/Sellers.  IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
• I WILL NOT in any way RETRACT BIDS or WINS; therefore READ EVERYTHING IN LISTING and/or ASK QUESTIONS!

 E-SHIPPING/PACKAGING

• Items will usually be ready for post within 3 business days unless otherwise specified.
• Items are packed securely and with the intention that the package will be abused by the Postal Service. UNFORTUNATELY mistakes due occur.
• I go to great lengths to ensure that your newly purchased item(s) will arrive to you in the same condition that it left me.
• I STRONGLY recommend that the E-Buyer purchase the nominal insurance fee (if offered) associated with the item(s) to ensure that they are covered in the case of damage due to shipping, customs, etc. It is financial piece of mind!
• Tracking is NOT available for International Shipping UNLESS it is EXPRESS SHIPPING.  I haven't had a problem with this except for one customer whom didn't get his item in a timely manner due to it being "pulled" for inspection by customs.
• I WILL ALWAYS PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS FOR ALL ITEMS (U.S. or  INTERNATIONAL), BUT I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER INTERNATIONAL TRACKING ONCE IT HAS LEFT THE UNITED STATES.
