ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO RETURNS!

I DO NOT & WILL NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES ~

PLEASE NOTE:

I WILL NOT IN ANY WAY RETRACT BIDS OR WINS!

I don’t understand why Ebayers bid on items WITHOUT fully reading the description when bidding and then after winning wanting a retraction because

They didn’t SEE” there are imperfections on used items or they "CHANGED THEIR MINDS on either used or new/mint items."

SO PLEASE READ  the description FULLY

I want ALL Ebayers to have a positive experience/transaction with all of my postings.

I try my best to fully and honestly list my item exactly as it is.

I DON’T WANT TO SELL SOMETHING TO “JUST GET PAID”.

I WANT ALL BIDDERS/WINNERS TO BE “COMPLETELY SATISFIED” IN ALL WAYS!

My Policies and EBAY Business Practices

EXPECTATIONS

  • I treat every Ebayer the way I want to be treated.
  • Please know I will do everything in my power to make a situation right; should it be due to my mistake, error or oversight.
  • I will keep the lines of communication open at all times until the close of the transaction (arrival, acceptance and satisfaction of the item(s).
  • We are all human and mistakes can and do occur, therefore: PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE, DO NOT leave NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE feedback without giving me the chance to make the situation right.
  • WILL MAKE IT RIGHT even if it means a loss to me, but again, IF and ONLY IF I am to fault.

E-BIDDING / E-BUYING

  • DO NOT bid on any item(s) unless you are willing and able to pay for the item. When bidding, you are entering into a “binding contract” relative to EBay’s rules and regulations.
  • DO NOT bid until and without reading all of my Ebay Selling requirements and the full description of the listing.
  • FAILURE TO PAY will result in the reporting of such actions to the proper division of Ebay. This can and will result in your Ebay privileges being suspended or possibly revoked. This will also tarnish your Ebay reputation with EBAY and Ebay Buyers/Sellers.  IT IS NOT WORTH IT!
  • I WILL NOT in any way RETRACT BIDS or WINS; therefore READ EVERYTHING IN LISTING and/or ASK QUESTIONS!

 E-SHIPPING/PACKAGING

  • Items will usually be ready for post within 3 business days unless otherwise specified.
  • Items are packed securely and with the intention that the package will be abused by the Postal Service. UNFORTUNATELY mistakes due occur.
  • I go to great lengths to ensure that your newly purchased item(s) will arrive to you in the same condition that it left me.
  • I STRONGLY recommend that the E-Buyer purchase the nominal insurance fee (if offered) associated with the item(s) to ensure that they are covered in the case of damage due to shipping, customs, etc. It is financial piece of mind!
  • Tracking is NOT available for International Shipping UNLESS it is EXPRESS SHIPPING.  I haven't had a problem with this except for one customer whom didn't get his item in a timely manner due to it being "pulled" for inspection by customs.
  • I WILL ALWAYS PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS FOR ALL ITEMS (U.S. or  INTERNATIONAL), BUT I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER INTERNATIONAL TRACKING ONCE IT HAS LEFT THE UNITED STATES.

RETURNS

  • Please refer to the individual listing.
  • DO NOT accept returns from International Customers

REFUNDS

  • Please refer to the individual listing.
  •  ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE THE E-BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY!

THANK YOU for visiting my listings, bidding and purchasing my items for sale.

You full satisfaction is important to me.

Each E-Buyer will be treated as my MOST IMPORTANT customer because YOU ARE!

Have FUN ...

New (2014) Bentley Flying Spur teased (video)

Mon, 04 Feb 2013

Bentley has started the tease for the new Flying Spur which looks like it will debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show in March. We’ve had spy video of the new Bentley Continental Flying Spur out testing and looking,  certainly at first glance, just like a Mercedes S Class. But that’s just Bentley’s take on the usual swirly camouflage.

Jaguar Land Rover build the millionth car at Halewood – a Range Rover Evoque

Sat, 30 Nov 2013

The millionth car produced at Halewood – a Range Rover evoque The Jaguar Land Rover Plant in Halawood was once best know for churning out the now defunct Jaguar X-Type – which it did until the X-Type was pensioned off in 2009 – but more recently its become home to the Land Rover Freelander 2 and the new Range Rover Evoque. And with sales of the Evoque still powering forward it’s no surprise the the millionth car to come off the production  line at Halewood this week is an Evoque. In fact, it’s a white Range Rover Evoque Dynamic with a Fuji White paint job, ebony alloys, Firenze Red roof and mirrors and red and black interior which is being donated to Cancer Research UK.

Nissan LEAF becomes London Taxi

Tue, 26 Jun 2012

Nissan has been ferrying Londoners and tourists round the capital in the Nissan LEAF EV free of charge as part of its ‘Big Turn On’ campaign. Yesterday we reported that a Nissan LEAF was going to go backwards up the hillcimb at Goodwood in a bid for a reversing speed record, and to draw attention to the LEAF’s strengths as part of Nissan’s ‘Big Turn On’ campaign. We’re not too sure how being able to go backwards as quickly as you can forwards in a LEAF is a big selling point, but Nissan’s stunt in London this week is far more relevant – they’ve been offering fee taxi rides in the electric LEAF to tourists and Londoners alike.
