We have matched a perfect combination of a EXEDY stock cover and TRP MIBA 6-puck copper disc which features 12 high-coefficient friction pads that are resistant to slippage and ensures long lasting life when giving it proper abuse, over abuse will shortened the life of any type of clutch. The heavy-duty sprung center unit boasts heat treated springs and retainer rivets for the maximum power and durability. All EXEDY cover assemblies endure a precise robotic testing process to ensure proper clamp load and clutch lift separation. This step ensures optimal pedal feel for better drivability. To help guarantee durability, the diaphragm spring (dark fingers in the center) receives special high frequency induction heat treating. This helps prevent the wear that normally occurs at the contact surface of the release bearing. Together, these procedures provide you a like-new pedal feel throughout the life of your clutch..

LIGHT WEIGHT AND PREMIUM DESIGN

TRP flywheels combine low weight, low inertia and high thermal capacity. They are designed for lightly tuned racing cars as well as street usage. Unlike conventional light weight flywheels, this flywheel provides better response and output in high-speed operation without sacrificing low-speed torque.

TRP flywheels are made from solid one piece billet chromoly steel or chromoly steel forgings and are specifically designed to reduce weight and inertia for better engine response. Most incorporate special design features to enhance the airflow which improves the cooling of the clutch. The ring gear teeth are integrated onto the flywheel unlike an aluminum flywheel where the ring gear is pressed onto the flywheel and has the possibility of separating from the flywheel due to the different expansion coefficients of aluminum versus steel. TRP steel billet and forged steel flywheels have passed engineering tests of 18,000 RPM and are certified to SFI specification 1.1.
