Registration for the seventh annual Interior Motives Design Awards - themed ‘Sustainable and Clever' - is now open. Hosted by our quarterly interior design publication Interior Motives, the competition challenges design students around the world to come up with innovative designs that offer clever solutions to the problems facing 21st century vehicle design. Is this how the Ferrari 599's replacement will look? Reports this weekend say that the replacement for the Ferrari 599 GTB – the Ferrari F620 – will debut at the Geneva Motor Show. Back in November we published spy photos of the replacement for the Ferrari 599, out testing in Italy in a pile of padded camouflage, and suggested it would be the Ferrari F620 (or even the F600) when it arrived.

Maserati banks on Chrysler to boost global sales

Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne has bold plans for the automaker's Maserati luxury sports car unit: to boost annual sales almost tenfold to 50,000 units from 5,675 last year. Three new models are key to this midterm goal and all are based on systems and components from Chrysler Group. Maserati will introduce two new sedans to replace its Quattroporte flagship model using technology from Chrysler's large sedans such as the Chrysler 300 and the Dodge Avenger.
