Exhaust Pipe Mount Crf250r Crf250x Cr250 Crf450 To Cr500 Engine Aluminum Frame on 2040-parts.com
Washington, Utah, US
This auction is for one 6061-T6 aluminum exhaust pipe mount used to convert the following bikes to accept a CR500 engine: 02-07 CR250, 04-09 CRF250R, 04-12 CRF250X, 05-08 CRF450. This is not an auction for the pipe, just for the mount part. It is cut on a CNC lathe then de-burred in a media tumbler. It is intended to be welded to the frame just below the water pump. It employs the stock rubber-isolated pipe mount that is normally used to mount the tail of the exhaust pipe(see images). The stock mounting part is not included in the auction, just the custom round part that welds to the frame. This mounting method is the only method that I have found to successfully prevent the pipe from ratteling against the water pump on a CR500 aluminum frame conversion.

We heard from a friend of Cars UK who hadĀ placedĀ his order for the 1200hp Super Veyron, so we knew it was real and we knew it would get a few cosmetic tweaks to make it stand out from the regular Veyron, as well as the much anticipated hike to 1200 horses. A week later we got sent what was claimed to be the first photo of the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, but which turned out to be a very impressive rendering by a Hungarian Auto Artist.
