Steer connectors are simple to install using quick connectors and clamp-on motor brackets. Each kit includes everything you need to install the self-adjusting steering rod. Great for trolling as you won't have to hang over the transom to steer anymore. Improves boating safety and convenience by letting you steer from the main wheel. Lets you steer both your main and auxiliary motors with your main steering wheel, even if one is raised or tilted. Once installed, there is no need to disconnect during your main power run. Turns are no problem. Rod automatically adjusts when more than 18 lbs. of pressure is exerted against the left or right turn stops of the auxiliary. Stainless steel rods. 2011 Ford Super Duty pickup gets price hike, content upgrade
Fri, 19 Feb 2010Ford Motor Co.'s redesigned 2011 Super Duty pickup will carry a base sticker price higher than its predecessor but will include upgraded content, such as a new six-speed transmission. Ford also will offer its first diesel V8 engine designed in-house. The pickup, which goes on sale this spring, starts at $28,995, according to a dealer and a source familiar with the program.

Wed, 14 May 20146 new Jaguar Lightweight E-Types on the way Even in 1963, car makers made ‘special editions’ of production cars, and one such car was the Jaguar Lightweight E-Type, a lightweight version of the then new production E-Type designed to take Jaguar racing. This was in the days before carbon fibre panels, so Jaguar built many of the body panels from aluminium and fitted an aluminium block version of the 3.8 litre engine from the production E-Type with 300bhp (55bhp more than the road car), fuel injection and a ZF 5-speed gearbox. The Lightweight E-Type wasn’t a spectacular success on the track, and Jaguar ended up building just 12 of the original planned run of 18.
GM posts wider loss, burns through $5.2 billion in cash
Thu, 26 Feb 2009General Motors, battered by a global economic collapse and buoyed by U.S. rescue loans, posted its sixth straight quarterly loss and burned through $5.2 billion in cash as revenue shrank by more than a third. The net loss of $9.6 billion in the fourth quarter compares with a loss of $1.5 billion a year earlier.
