Used tire looks good as it's been in indoor storage since the 70s. Recently dismounted and seemed to hold air for awhile but sold AS IS for show purposes only. I dunked it before dismount and only the bead was leaking slightly. Nice sidewalls. Minimal cracking. Bright white wall. Generous tread remains 8/32nds -9/32nds. Bead is damaged slightly as pictured. It may still seal bet a tube might be a better idea. STUDY THE PICS AND ASK QUESTIONS! NO RETURNS!

I found the combination of different styling, luxurious wood and leather interiors and promise of fast travel through landscapes that were foreign to me to be intoxicating.

Which is Rolf’sĀ firstĀ Infiniti gig since the Infiniti Performance Line G Coupe got teased last year ahead of Pebble. What we have this time is what Infiniti describes as a “…concept for a luxury performance car that will fit below the current G Line.” Which means it’s small.

End of Maybach may jump-start Mercedes S-class convertible

Thu, 05 Apr 2012

A couple of nondenial denials from Mercedes-Benz execs at the New York auto show this week sure made it sound like there's a convertible coming, based on the redesigned S-class due out next year. If the brand follows its usual practice, the convertible would come out a year or two after the sedan. Significantly, Mercedes-Benz showed the Ocean Drive convertible concept five years ago with a Mercedes-Benz badge, rather than Maybach.
