Delivery Commitment
We make every effort to ensure that all items listed in our store have the Availability accurately noted. However, we may find that one of more of the items you order are not readily available. If this happens, we will do our best to find the item(s) as quickly as possible for you and communicate with you via email.
All orders are shipped with insurance as detailed below.
Fulfillment Of Your Order
We will first try to fill all orders from the 200,000+ items we have in stock at our dealership. If an item is not available in our dealership, we will check with our off-site warehousing partners and, if in stock, we will order the item from them. If an item is not available either at our dealership or at our warehouses, we will order the item from its original supplier/manufacturer.
Processing begins on the business day following payment receipt - excluding weekends and holidays. Therefore, orders paid on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not begin processing until the following Monday. We observe the following US Holidays:
New Years Day (January 1), Memorial Day (Late May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (Early September), Thanksgiving Day (Late November) and Christmas Day (December 25).
Orders are processed in the order that they are received and expedited processing is not available when purchasing online. * UPS Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, the Virgin Islands, Guam, or APO/AFO addresses and may not allow for weekend delivery. Packages to Guam and other U.S. protectorates and territories will be shipped only via the United States Postal System (Priority shipping options).
** You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once shipments reach your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Accordingly, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from Honda East Toledo, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs forms for all international packages require a list of the value of your order's contents by product type. Packages will not be marked "Gift" and the actual purchase price of the items will be stated on the customs form. By law, we are not able to describe the contents in any other way.

US Military Addresses For shipments to US Military bases, be sure to include a complete shipping address as follows:

Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. However, shipments to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Shipping Insurance - Lost/Damaged Package Policy
Most packages are insured for the full merchandise value (see exclusions detailed below). For UPS and FedEx shipments, the first $100 of the total value is covered by the carrier. Honda East Toledo reserves the right to purchase supplemental insurance for packages shipped through UPS or FedEx and valued in excess of $100 or packages shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS).
Supplemental insurance is purchased through and managed by U-PIC and underwritten by Lloyds of London which has been given an A.M. Best Rating A+ 'Excellent'. U-PIC's broker is Roanoake, Inc. Lloyds of London is the largest Underwriter in the World. U-PIC has been a partner of the US Postal Service for years. Insurance applies to packages shipped with FedEX, UPS, the United States Postal Service.
THIS COVERAGE INSURES the parcel and its contents against damage or loss from any external cause, including war risks as per American Institute cargo clauses (April 1, 1966) as applicable American Institute strikes (Form 10) while in transit to or from premises utilized by the insured and in care, custody, or control of carriers listed to destinations worldwide, EXCEPT as hereinafter excluded. Underwriters shall be liable for the invoice value (that is declared) of property lost, destroyed or damaged, however, in the event there is no invoice, underwriters shall be liable for the actual cash value of the property.
Insurance covers up to $5,000 per parcel.
EXCLUSIONS: The following international countries are excluded from supplemental insurance coverage. Packages shipped through USPS priority mail International to these countries will not be insured. Buyer assumes all liability for USPS Priority mail International shipments to these countries.
Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Bangladesh, Barbados, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burma, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Cuba, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Papua/New Guinea, Poland, Romania, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Yemen, Yugoslavia.
UPS or FedEx packages shipped to the countries listed above are insured for the full value through the carrier.
LOSS/DAMAGE: In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged, please adhere to the following:
If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 15 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a tracer on the shipment.
NOTE: USPS Loss claims can take 21-60 days for USPS to complete their end of the trace investigation. We cannot begin an insurance claim until USPS deems the package lost.
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, only open it in the presence of the carrier. Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damage/refuse the package. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim.
Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim.
We will work with you throughout the insurance claim process. Once an insurance claim is approved we will replace the items claimed or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced.
Shipping Insurance - Fraud Policy
By asking us to file an insurance claim, you certify that all information provided is accurate and truthful. The submission of a false, fictitious or fraudulent statement may result in imprisonment of up to 5 years and a fine of up to $10,000.00 (18 USC 1001). In addition, a civil penalty of up to $5,000.00, and an assessment of twice the amount falsely claimed may be imposed (31 USC 3802).
Buyers that file more than one claim may experience a delay in claim payment due to an increase in investigative time.
Warning: Any fraudulent claims will make the buyer and/or consignee liable for any prosecution for mail fraud under federal crime code.
